Safe Tourism
A company standard has been developed for the safe conduct of tours:
- Daily wet cleaning and ventilation of rooms are carried out, as well as the treatment of surfaces (handles, doors, handrails, tables, chairs, etc.) using disinfectants.
- Social distancing is observed: in areas of mass gatherings (ticket offices, info kiosks, turnstiles, etc.), signal markings are applied, and during the tour (simultaneous viewing of exhibits in the museum or equipment at the exhibition, no more than 5 people are allowed).
- Before the start of the excursion program, tourists undergo temperature checks and a visual inspection of arriving guests. If a person has a high body temperature (above 37°C) or shows signs of illness, they are not allowed to participate in the tour.
- Participants in the excursion program are offered hand sanitization using disinfectants available in special dispensers throughout the tour route.
- Throughout the excursion program, all participants are expected to wear masks (recommended).
- When transporting tourists, seating is arranged with one person per seat in a checkerboard pattern, with the vehicle occupancy not exceeding 50%.
- Most of the activities during the tour are conducted outdoors, outside of enclosed spaces.
